The company was established 1983, formerly known as Xiaoshan Hongli Machinery Hardware Factory. In August 2001, has been changed to Hangzhou Hongli Mechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The company is operating in a 15000 square meters acre factory, has been engaged in technology research & development, production & manufacturing, sales & services of machinery products, has invested heavily in technology and R&D, and now owns a more than one hundred of patents of various categories. It has been rated "Hi-tech Enterprise, AA Unit for Excellent Contractual Performance and Integrity in Zhejiang Province, Technology SMEs in Zhejiang Province".
The Company staff currently includes 5 researcher/technicians, 10 quality control personnel, and over 150 employees covering operation management and technical works. The Company has received Quality System Certification (ISO9001:2015), Environment Management System Certification (ISO45001:2018).
The Company has several departments, including Small Metal Processing Department, Large Metal Processing Department, Welding Department, and is equipped with a variety of precision machining equipment and professional testing equipment. Moreover, it provides comprehensive services relating the design, production, commissioning and assembly of large and/or small mechanical equipment as well as after-sales technical guidance and follow-up works.
Our leading products are classified in four categories: 1). High precision tunnel segment mold; 2). Generator and valve components; 3). metal structures; 4). OEM parts for export. Our company has close cooperation with many large companies home and abroad, and has export finished products to countries such as the United States, Italy and Canada.
